All our items are hand-made to order. We normally aim to have your order made and posted within 1-2 weeks. If you order in the next couple of weeks, your order will be made after 9th January, so please allow extra time. In case your order will take longer, we'll always let you know.

In the UK our delivery costs are FREE

UK orders are sent by Royal Mail.

Please ask if you want me to send it tracked, as that incurs extra charges.

Our INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES are currently under daily revision until further notice due to COVID and Brexit.

Royal Mail are doing their best to deliver all orders but they are faced daily by new challenges, whether that is border closures or lack of staff due to sickness.

 

International Orders are 

£5.50 for small parcels under £30

£7 for large parcels

Orders over 22 Euro may potentially incur a VAT charge before delivery.

(Under 22 euro is fine)

This is something that happens in your local country and you will have to sort with the courier company.

(there is currently not really rhyme or reason why some parcels incur charges and others don't. They are still working things out at the customs offices around Europe.)

For people in Luxembourg and Ireland this rate is 3% and 0% respectively. 

​

For all other European countries this ranges from anywhere between 18% and 27%

​

For orders over 150 euro, there will also be a Custom charge. I currently cannot advise how much that would be, as I am not sure.

 

Occasionally fabrics get discontinued meaning we may not be able to fulfil your order, in which case we will either offer you other options or we will refund you straight away, whichever you prefer.
